I recently spotted an immaculate small car on JGM Group website. I contacted the company on Monday and was able to view the car that day, it was prepped the following day and delivered to my doorstep today.

Truly fantastic buying experience with JGM Group. Purchased a beautiful Range Rover Vogue from Jonathan. I requested a slightly tongue-in-cheek full Range Rover warranty. Honestly, I expected the answer to be no. However, Jonathan, to my total surprise, had the car completely inspected by Range Rover at a fee which he covered. Which truly showed me his confidence in the vehicle as well that he was selling.

So to clarify, I found my experience with Jonathan to be excellent, and even though it took a great deal more work for him to get me the Land Rover warranty in full, I have to give him his dues and tell you he went above and beyond. I would be going back to him for my next car and would highly recommend him.

Contacted Jonathan on a Tuesday morning and asked did he do late night viewings, Jonathan arranged to have the car I wanted to view ready and available for half 6 or 7pm that evening if it suited.

Viewed the car, was told there was no pressure making a decision that evening as no one else would see the car that night. Rang Jonathan the next morning, purchased the car over the phone and everything was hassle free. Jonathan had the car delivered to my house with the private reg and all on it. First class, will definitely be back.

Where to begin. I didn't know what to expect at the start as my car had just recently failed it's MOT and I decided that it may be time (after 16.5 years) to treat myself to a different car.
Jonathan instantly made me comfortable and chatted through my options, he took rough specs around what I was looking for and he said he would be in touch. Within a week, he had found a car that ticked all the boxes and he literally took car of everything after that.
From shipping it over, checking it, fixing any minor cosmetic issues, guiding me through finance and answering any questions I had. Once paid for, his after car service has been amazing too with his willingness to answer any queries I may have had. There is no doubt I will be using his services again, as it took away all the stress of looking and sorting a new car, but hopefully not for a few years yet :)
